Planning a corporate event in Marrakech? Whether you are organising a conference, incentive trip, product launch or executive retreat, professional photography and video help your team document the experience and create useful content long after the event.
What should a corporate event photographer capture?
A strong event gallery balances atmosphere and information: venue establishing shots, branding and signage, speaker portraits, audience engagement, networking, team interactions and candid moments. For conferences, agree in advance which speakers, partners and sessions are essential.
Do you need both photography and videography?
Photography is ideal for press releases, reports, websites and social posts. Videography adds motion, sound and a sense of place. Depending on the brief, a corporate event videographer in Marrakech can produce a short highlight film, vertical social edits or recorded interviews. A dedicated camera operator is especially useful when presentations or interviews need consistent coverage.
Plan your shot list before the event
- Share the event schedule, venue and key contacts.
- Identify VIPs, speakers, sponsors and must-have group photos.
- Specify whether you need photography, interviews, a highlight video or original footage.
- Confirm formats for websites, LinkedIn and vertical social media.
- Agree on access, lighting restrictions and delivery deadlines.
Can you include drone footage?
Aerial establishing shots can show the scale of a venue or event setting, but drone filming in Morocco is subject to applicable permissions and airspace restrictions. Plan ahead rather than assuming a drone can fly on the event day. Learn more about drone filming in Marrakech.
